VHS 3.0 Slapper Tape Chainstay Protector

Chainstay guard to be applied to the chainstay. Cut to fit your bike.

Protects the frame and dampens the sound of chain slap.

Used by famous riders and teams on the World Cup racing circuit.

Installation:

Remove any existing chainstay protection. This includes any frame protection products.
Thoroughly clean your chainstay, removing any dirt or old adhesive. Finish by removing any residue with isopropyl alcohol. Avoid using household cleaners, as they often contain silicone, which can prevent the adhesive from sticking properly.
Test the length of the VHS and trim to size if necessary.
Peel off the backing paper and apply the VHS tape to your bike, applying even and firm pressure as you go.
Allow at least 30 minutes before riding, or about 6 hours if you will be riding in wet conditions.
Any trimmed tape can be used for other smaller areas.
